FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE
As a child, I spent many magical holidays in southern Morocco in my father's village of Taliouine. Ibrahim was a proud ambassador of his Berber roots. He was a knowledgeable man who could talk passionately about the history, traditions and local produce which are unique to the Berber culture. My father taught me all about the wonders of the argan tree and the liquid gold that it produces. The argan tree is special because it can only be grown in the southern region of Morocco which has a unique eco-system. The business was created in 2014 - My father came up with the name Kenzul Atlas, which means treasures from the Atlas in Arabic.
LAUNCHING KENZUL ATLAS
The business was created in 2014 - My father came up with the name Kenzul Atlas, which means treasures from the Atlas in Arabic.
Many things have changed since Kenzul Atlas launched in 2014. The first batch of argan oil was produced in Taliouine, using the traditional method of extracting argan oil from the argan nut. Since then, business has expanded and demand has grown. Kenzul Atlas argan oil is now sold globally and produced in larger quantities in Agadir - it remains ethically sourced from the Souss Valley and certified organic. Authenticity is at the heart Kenzul Atlas’s ethos - our logo embodies the rich culture of the Berber community, as well as the precious contents of the argan bottles. Kenzul Atlats's logo incorporates the yaz sign (ⵣ), which is the symbol of the Berber people. GIVING BACK I'm passionate about Morocco, it's people, the beautiful land and remaining close to my roots. Sadly, in 2017 my father died. We were immensely close, and his passing had a deep impact on me. Giving back is at the heart of the business. When customers buy Kenzul Atlas argan oil, they are directly supporting the Hannan school which provides schooling and hope to disadvantaged Moroccan Berber children in the Village of El Borj.

I’m a proud ambassador of this versatile and potent organic argan oil.
ONE PRODUCT, MANY USES
I use it religiously as a daily moistuiser, makeup remover and weekly hair treatment. Because it is 100% pure, I even use on baby daughter's delicate skin to keep it moisturised (and works wonders for nappy rash!).
With so many uses, it’s clear to see why it’s known in the west as ‘liquid gold’.
Berber women have always known that argan oil is a potent source of youth and beauty. Western dermatologists have just begun to tap into the power of this natural product.
